Gas generator set: As the main force of clean energy power generation, EPOWER gas generator set covers a variety of gas source types, with wide application and great significance.

Natural gas: The main component is methane (CH₄), with high purity and few impurities. It has excellent combustion characteristics, can achieve relatively full combustion after mixing with air, generates high heat, and has a thermal efficiency of 35% - 45%. In the EPOWER natural gas generator set, advanced electronic control fuel injection technology is used, which can accurately control the injection amount and injection time of natural gas, so that it can achieve the best mixing ratio with air in the combustion chamber, thereby improving combustion efficiency and reducing energy consumption. At the same time, for the nitrogen oxides (NOx) generated by natural gas combustion, a selective catalytic reduction (SCR) system is equipped. By injecting urea solution into the exhaust gas, NOx is reduced to nitrogen and water, effectively reducing harmful gas emissions, meeting the city's strict requirements for environmental protection, and is suitable for urban distributed energy systems, providing clean and stable energy for urban power supply.

Biogas: The composition is complex. In addition to methane (about 50% - 70%), it also contains carbon dioxide (about 30% - 50%) and a small amount of impurities such as hydrogen sulfide. Due to the presence of carbon dioxide, the calorific value of biogas is relatively low compared to natural gas, and hydrogen sulfide is corrosive. EPOWER biogas generator sets are equipped with a desulfurization device before the intake system, which uses physical or chemical methods to remove hydrogen sulfide to protect the internal components of the engine from corrosion. In terms of the combustion system, the engine has been adaptively modified, and the compression ratio and ignition advance angle have been optimized to adapt to the characteristics of biogas calorific value fluctuations and ensure stable combustion. Through these technical means, biogas in farms and biogas pools is efficiently converted into electrical energy, which not only treats waste, but also realizes the recycling of energy, helping rural energy self-sufficiency.

Gas: The main component is also methane, but in the underground environment of coal mines, the gas concentration is unstable and contains impurities such as coal dust, which poses an explosion risk. EPOWER gas generator set is equipped with a special gas concentration monitoring and control system to monitor the gas concentration in the intake air in real time. When the concentration exceeds the safe range, it automatically adjusts the intake volume or takes shutdown protection measures to ensure safe operation. At the same time, the explosion-proof performance of the engine is specially designed, and explosion-proof electrical equipment and flame-retardant materials are used to effectively reduce the possibility of gas explosion. By burning underground gas to generate electricity, it not only eliminates safety hazards, but also realizes energy recycling and utilization, providing dual protection for coal mine safety production and energy development.

Biomass gas: It is produced by agricultural and forestry waste during anaerobic fermentation or gasification. The composition varies depending on the raw materials and processes. It generally contains combustible gases such as methane, carbon monoxide, and hydrogen, as well as non-combustible gases such as nitrogen and carbon dioxide. It is characterized by large fluctuations in calorific value and many impurities. EPOWER biomass gas generator set adopts a complex gas pretreatment system, including dust removal, tar removal, desulfurization, decarbonization and other processes to remove impurities and adjust gas composition. In terms of combustion technology, flexible fuel combustion technology is used, which can automatically adjust the combustion parameters according to the changes in the composition of biomass gas, ensure stable and efficient combustion, make full use of agricultural and forestry waste for power generation, and expand energy sources.

Coalbed methane: Similar to gas, but the mining method and gas composition are slightly different. Coalbed methane has a high methane content and relatively few impurities. EPOWER coalbed methane generator sets focus on the stable control of gas pressure and flow in technology, and use advanced pressure and flow stabilization devices to ensure the stability of coalbed methane pressure and flow entering the engine to achieve the best combustion effect.
